At Swiss Arabian KSA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of beauty products, items must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Pack the Fragrance
Securely place the unused perfume in its original box and shrink-wrap to ensure it is protected during transit back to our facility.
Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and verify the condition of the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
